I only have two words...Weight Watchers.

I know, it's a pain in the rear to track what you are eating but it has always worked for me. The good thing is, you don't "miss out", you just can't "pig out". In other words, you eat what you like and what you want in moderation.

I'm back on it. After getting married and working at Dell last year (driving almost 2 hours a day and working long days) I am out of shape and darn chubby. It seems like I out grew all my cloths overnight...literally, things just stopped fitting so quickly. So my sister suggested we get back on weight watchers together. So we are doing it. I"ll have to check back and let you know how it works.

As far as the spiritual...I have to agree with you, I always seem to be under attack after ministering. Good prayer coverage helps. We also do need to live lives of balance. My husband is a big believer in taking vitamins and suppliments.
